Denver unit turns.
From scope to closeout.
One unit. One coordinated scope. One contact through closeout.
One point of contact
A clear process from scope to closeout.
Every turn starts with the unit’s condition and your property’s requirements.
- 01
Share the scope
Tell us about the unit, the work needed and your target ready date. Send photos, a punch list or a work order with your request, or arrange a walkthrough.
- 02
Approve the plan
Review the written scope, fixed labor price for the approved work and access requirements. We coordinate the start date once the scope is approved, access is set and materials are ready. Typical completion windows are 3–5 working days for Refresh and Revival and 5–7 working days for Revival Plus.
- 03
Complete the turn
One contact coordinates cleaning, painting and standard turn corrections and keeps you updated. Added labor or changes to the approved scope are documented with their cost and schedule impact and require written approval before work proceeds.
- 04
Walk through and close out
Review the work at the final walkthrough, with a punch list and completion notes. Your Unit Completion Report brings the completed scope, 25-point results, photos, receipts and any follow-up items together.
Documented closeout
A Unit Completion Report for your records.
Your property team receives a unit-specific record of the approved scope and the work performed, with any follow-up needs clearly identified.
Work completed by package
Services included in your package, approved add-ons and completion status are recorded against the agreed scope.
25-point functional check results
Report statuses are: ✓ = works as is; Corrected = fixed during the turn; Issue = needs follow-up, with who it was reported to noted; N/A = item not installed.
Approved changes
Added labor and scope changes are listed with the labor price, approver and date of written approval.
Outside-scope items and recommendations
All issues identified are documented, including items outside the approved scope, with recommendations for follow-up. Urgent concerns are reported as they arise.
Before-and-after photos
Photos from the same unit document relevant rooms and work before and after the turn.
Material receipts
Supplier receipt copies keep the documented material purchases for the unit in one place.
The 25-point check is a functional review, not a code or licensed trade inspection. See all 25 functional checks.
Materials, clearly documented.
We source materials from Home Depot or your preferred supply store. You cover the material cost, and we coordinate payment with the supplier through a phone sale or text when available. A photo of the receipt documents the purchase. Added costs require your approval. Receipt copies are included with closeout.
Start with one unit.
There’s no portfolio commitment. Start with one approved scope so we can learn your property’s standards.
